International Peace Poster Contest
The Art Studio is proud to partner with the Medford Lakes Lions Club for the International Peace Poster contest available to all 6th grade students in Medford Lakes School District.
Students design a original and creative poster on 14 x 20 inch paper using dry medium such as; colored pencil, maker, pastel, or permanent marker.
There is no cost to participate, but we ask all students to work at The Art Studio and Gallery during the allotted times.
Available in October.
Senior Residence Art Opportunities
Through a variety of topics, creative methods, and ideas, Miss Jody, brings fine art to local senior residence homes in the South Jersey area.

6th-8th grade students up-cycled old books into beautiful book sculptures which were on display for the month of November 2022 in the Medford Public Library.

Philadelphia Flower Show Youth Gardeners Pressed Flower
Each year, the students of The Art Studio take place in the Philadelphia Flower Show Youth Gardeners Pressed Flowers where they take flat pressed flowers and manipulate them into the beautiful images you see below. Working with tweezers, tooth picks, and fine Exacto knives, they turn drawings into dynamic images.
The 2023 theme was Garden Electric and was on display in the Philadelphia Convention Center from March 4th - 12th 2023.
If you are interested in participating the 2025 flower show and are in high school pr are an adult, please let us know and we will pass along the information when it is available in mid-late fall.
